This photograph shows the commissioned collage Time is a River created for and installed in the lobby of the New York Organ Donor Network in Manhattan.

It is 4′ x 8′ grid of 16″ squares and has sheer matte finish which allows the brushed metal surface to shine through.

The New York Organ Donor Network does great work and it was an honor to be commissioned to create this piece for them.[/description]

I started this piece with a section of one of my weather drawings. I find a lot of emotion in simple symbolic drawings. As I began to layer the house images with other collage pieces, it felt like I was creating a dreamy old world, storybook villagescape–filled with families and stories and Chagall-esque possibilities.[/description]
